I recently installed SARDINE 2.0.6.5 and, despite paying attention to the installer opt-in/out prompts, I was "blessed" with Toolbar.Snap.do

I rarely install anything that comes bundled with crapware, but in this case I wasn't even offered the choice.
I'm not real fond of this outcome, but I am pleased that it is mostly harmless.
The first thing I tried was to uninstall via the control panel .... all that did was offer to "hide" or "disable" it for other browsers.
What it actually did is install the search engine links and toolbar to other browsers.
There are some decent removal guides available on other sites, but I shouldn't have had to resort to any sort of malware cleaning procedure.
SARDU itself is fine,.... but you really should reconsider bundling craplets with your software.... especially since there is no way I would have installed a damned useless and invasive toolbar without knowing about it.
