Thanks for all the hard work guys, Looks good....except for this. When I go to edit a script, the colors are all funny looking. See attached image. Is this normal?

Yep, same issue, not to mention that the the script menu items don't always appear until I move my mouse over them, then *poof!* , they show up. I have attached an image of both in action at the same time.

Neither of these issues occurred on 075 beta 5j.

The colors are intended to look in this way. That shows the developer the rectangles of controls w/o visible border.

Th maximize issue i fixed in the mean time. I assume that Nuno will do a hotfix.

See Attment.

You and we all see here that in your build an error occurred, and that therefore the build is stopped.
Thast is a fact, or a statement by WinBuilder.

Unfortunatelly my magic crystal ball is out of order today and I cannot tell you why the
error occurred.

I do not even know which project you are trying to build.

Please read the forum's rules, especially how to ask for help.

lets call this idyllic boot-land place as Ásgarðr (any nordman to tell if spelling is correct?) or Asgard
I imagine that you Peter are the old wise Odin (or Wodan?)
Nuno is Donner with his thunderous weapon - called winbuilder by humans
and Butty is .... I don't know this guy, is it Freyja?

In case you mean smiley and not Baldr. B) Yes he's alive and busy studying, got a PM from him today.

Loki should be mentioned too. Yes, it is Medevel lol lol lol (don't hate me medevil)

While Loki was not the strongest of the Norse gods, he sure was the smartest.
 Think i can live with that.

I forgot to mention it. Anyway, I build "LiveXP"
I just copy the "Winbuilder.exe" the (76 version of course) to the folder where I previously build successfully. Just replacing the 75beta5k version.
And the log is this...

Anyway...THANKS for all builders of their HARD WORK in this new version. B)

Ariom

P.S.
Lance..I already read that link. Maybe I just miss something in my build. I'll just keep experimenting. I know I can do it, just like the past.

Thanks guys for all your hard work!

There is an issue that really bugs me which I reported here about this Access Violation error; easiest way to reproduce is attempt to add files in Create Script tool and unfortunately it's still here B)

First Impression after downloading and first running Winbuilder. Lets say I download Winbuilder from another site and im seeing it for the first time because some one recommended it.

Winbuilder.jpg
What is Winbuilder and why do I need to select a project first. Second question. Why is the updates selected by default.
I click on a project from the list but there is no description to each project.

Ofcourse since im a regular Winbuilder user I know the answers. But what if I wasnt.

The thing where it would ask you where the source is does not kick in anymore. WBverify does catch the error.
Errors:
"This project needs XP or W2003 as source"

Cool it shows you the script and the number of scripts to be processed.

Tested NativeEx
1 error and stoped processing.

Sorry, the nativeEx you downloaded is the old version running with 074.
I'm rebuilding the nativeEx server for 076.

Give some Latin minutes.

Hi Peter,

in previous posts in this thread you mentioned a few fixes you have done to WinBuilder 076. Can WinBuilder 076.1 (or 076a or 077 Beta a) be downloaded somewhere? I would be very interested in the fix of the window resize annoyance.

Many Greetings
MichaelZ

the refresh button & the code-autosave option are disabled after wb restarts. It does not save these settings.

I really miss the 'Nightly build' option in your signature, maybe it will return once you've finished rebuilding the nativeEx server?? B)

You can define the visibility of that button using Tools > Options.

Hi Peter,

the option is saved in WinBuilder.ini but not read when WinBuilder is started.
